Cortalis S.r.l. carries out a preliminary analysis of the property and its context, collecting, verifying and classifying the available documentation, with the aim of identifying critical issues, opportunities and operational priorities.

The Company develops plans for the financial, technical and operational enhancement of assets, coordinating activities with professionals, consultants and industry partners, in accordance with the legal, planning and functional framework of the property portfolio.
Redevelopment and safety measures
Cortalis S.r.l. promotes technical, administrative and managerial reorganisation of complex property assets, aimed at ensuring operational safety, addressing existing critical issues and integrating specialist expertise during the most sensitive phases of the project.
Project preparation
Cortalis S.r.l. does not carry out banking activities, does not provide investment services and does not act as a financial intermediary. Its role consists of preparing, structuring and organising the project from a property, technical, documentary, administrative and operational perspective, making it clearer, more orderly and assessable by potential professional, industrial or financial counterparties.
