Identification (surname, first name, email, telephone, company if applicable), asset description (type — property, hotel, land, complex, commercial project, other — location, brief description, indicative value), condition and any existing debts, charges or disputes, available documentation (land registry extracts, plans, valuations, permits, contracts, balance sheets, photographs) and purpose of enquiry (sale, valuation, reorganisation, development, management, partnership).

How long does Cortalis take to respond?

Cortalis acknowledges every submission within five working days and provides a preliminary qualitative assessment within fifteen working days when the submitted information is sufficient. Further consideration requires specific documentation, professional due diligence and individual agreements.

Is the submission binding for Cortalis or for the applicant?

No. Submission does not impose any obligation on Cortalis and does not constitute a binding offer. Cortalis reserves the right to assess the merits of the asset or project and to request additional documents. The applicant retains full ownership and decision power over the submitted asset until and unless a specific written agreement is signed.
